  • Paladin - Combines physical strength with white magic and can cover allies.
  • Onion Knight - has no abilities, but can equip special equipment and various abilities based on other jobs.
  • Monk - Fights with bare hands and chakra.
  • Mime - Copies the last action by an ally.
  • Magic Knight - Combines black magic and physical attacks.
  • Knight - Physical class that relies exclusively on high defense and attack.
  • Geomancer - Uses spells related to battlefield.
  • Gambler - Abilities are based on chance.
  • Fighter - Physical fighter who uses various attacks.
  • Dark Knight - Sacrifices self to cause damage.
  • Black Mage - Uses magic to harm enemies.
  • If it does have this symbol, it is not an ability that can be activated, it is always "on". NOTE: For jobs in FF5, the "!" means a command used on the battle screen. FF:CC jobs play no part in abilities (no restrictions on who can learn them, only usable in dungeons and unretainable), attributes (determined by race), weapons, or appearance.
